Southern California Omelette

Ladies, don't cook for your man.  The way to a man's heart is not through his stomach.  That antiquated adage just isn't true literally or physiologically.  Do you really trust advice from someone who doesn't have the fundamentals of anatomy down??  Girlfriend.
"The way to my heart is further down--ahhhh."

As I was saying.. Find a man who cooks.  Then don't let him out of your sight.

Here's a recipe from a man who cooks.

Southern California Omelette

Ingredients
2 large Cage-free eggs
Spinach
Tomatoes
Avocado
Goat Cheese
Sea Salt
Pepper
Basil
Olive oil
Milk or heavy whipping cream
Optional: asparagus, green beans, or any other greenery

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, dash of dairy (milk or whipping cream), sea salt, basil, and a pinch of pepper
  2. Chop tomatoes and make small slices of avocado (or other greenery)
  3. Heat skillet on medium, coat with a plop of olive oil
  4. Throw chopped tomatoes and spinach on skillet (or other greenery)
  5. Cook for 1-1.5 minutes
  6. Add eggs to skillet
  7. Do that thing you do to scrambled eggs or omelettes to mix everything together
  8. Sprinkle goat cheese when eggs are almost fully cooked
  9. Dump onto plate and top with chopped avocado and a dash of sea salt
Enjoy with a piece of sourdough toast a la Trader Joes.  Light, delicious, and totally Southern Californian.
